Shock Oil Change
- Flush existing fluids
- Clean and inspect internals
- Fill with proper oil volume
- Recharge shock with nitrogren
- Set all adjusters for rider
$100 *Does not include wear parts and springs if needed
Shock Rebuild
- Flush existing fluids
- Disassemble and clean shock internals
- Clean and polish shock shaft
- Replace the oil seal
- Refill with new oil
- Recharge shock with nitrogen
- Set all adjusters for rider
$165 *Does not include additional wear parts, oil, & springs if needed.
Shock Revalve
- Flush existing fluids
- Disassemble and clean shock internals
- Inspect shock internals
- Clean and polish shock shaft
- Resurface piston
- Revalve compression assembly
- Revalve rebound assembly
- Refill with new oil
- Recharge shock with nitrogen
- Set all adjusters for new valving spec
$195 *Does not include wear parts, oil, and springs if needed
$20 to remove and reinstall per end.
Recommended suspension maintenance
- Oil change at 20 hours
- Rebuild at 35 hours
- Revalve as riders ability weight changes, or for different disciplines of riding. Such as woods or motocross.
